I ordered a few Dove chocolates online as a small gift, and I was a little nervous at first since chocolate can be tricky to ship. Thankfully, once it arrived, I felt relieved because everything looked good.

The website was easy to use, and the chocolates were packed nicely with nothing melted or broken. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t update much, so I wasn’t totally sure when it would show up. Still, the chocolate was good and I’d order again.

The chocolate itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the shipping was so slow it felt like everything you order online takes forever these days. I was just waiting and waiting for it to show up.

For the price, these are good and I do feel like you get decent value. But man, the packs finish so quickly it’s kind of annoying. I feel like I just opened one and it’s already gone. Not bad overall, just wish they lasted longer...

I usually really like Dove chocolate, but... this one just felt a little off to me. The texture was kind of waxy and it didn’t melt as smoothly as I remembered. It was still sweet, so it wasn’t terrible or anything, but the creamy taste I was expecting just wasn’t really there. For the price, I was disappointed

I used to really like this, but lately it just tastes way too sweet. It feels like such a simple thing got messed with for no reason, and now it’s harder to enjoy than it should be

In my experience, the refund took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. But to be fair, they did end up fixing the issue and the replacement arrived, so it worked out in the end.

So... I really like that this chocolate is sweet without going overboard. It has a nice balance and doesn’t leave me feeling like I need to chug water after a few pieces. It’s pretty much become my go-to treat now.

I was happy to find my favorite Dove chocolates in stock. It might seem like a little thing, but sometimes grabbing a treat you love makes an ordinary day feel a bit better. Checkout was quick and easy too, which made the whole experience even nicer

I do like Dove chocolate, and it always tastes good, but the prices on the site aren’t really that great, or I guess I should say, they don’t feel especially competitive. I can usually find better deals at a regular store or from other online shops.

I still really like Dove, I do, but lately the bags have been all over the place. Some taste totally fine and fresh, and then another bag will have weird stale pieces or a bunch of broken chocolates. It’s just not consistent, not consistent like it used to be.

so... I used to buy Dove chocolate regularly because it’s sweet, smooth, and easy to grab when I wanted a little treat. But lately I’ve been paying more attention to labels, and for the price, it just doesn’t feel like the quality is really there anymore.

The taste is still okay, but the ingredient list feels a little too processed for me. I’d feel better about buying it if it had simpler ingredients and fewer fillers or added flavors. It’s not terrible, just not something I reach for as much now.

I hopped on the site just to look for one thing, it didn’t take long at all. Everything was straightforward, and I found what I needed quicker than I expected.

I had a small problem with my order, so I sent Dove customer service a message expecting it to take forever. Then boom, they replied the next day. I was weirdly impressed. They explained what happened, and while it did take one more email to actually get everything fixed, they were nice about it and didn’t turn it into some big annoying ordeal. Was it flawless? No. But suddenly I’m in a decent mood about customer service, so there’s that.

Promos are nice. Save a little here and there. But yeah, the codes don’t always work at checkout. Kinda frustrating sometimes.

It tasted fine overall, but the pieces were tiny. I was expecting them to be around a bit bigger, so the portion size was kind of disappointing.

The chocolate showed up in good shape and the box looked nice and tidy. Nothing was melted, which made me feel like the packaging did its job. I do kind of wish there was less plastic inside, even though maybe that’s what helped keep it all safe, so I’m not totally sure. Overall, good.

It’s so frustrating. Every time there’s a limited edition flavor I actually want to try, it’s already sold out before I can get my hands on it. And then of course it never comes back, so you’re just left annoyed and wondering why they didn’t make more in the first place.

I ordered from Dove Chocolate the delivery was disappointing. The box showed up crushed on one side, and when I opened it, a few of the pieces inside were smashed too. I kind of had that “how is this okay?” reaction because it wasn’t exactly cheap.

Some of the chocolate was also soft, like it had gotten too warm during shipping. It still tasted fine after I cooled it down, but for the price, I really expected it to arrive in better shape.
